Oberwesel

The town Oberwesel is considered as impressive evidence concerning town construction in the Middle Ages. Here one can admire 16 military towers and an accessible city wall not only on the "Middle Ages Spectacula".
Well worth seeing are Schönburg Castle, the "Liebfrauen" Church and the parish church "St.Martin".
Sporting activities are possible on the fixed rope route called "Oelsberg" also on several walking
tours such as the "sculpture park" or the "Rhein Burgen Wanderweg".
