Koblenz embedded in the Unesco Upper Middle Rhine Valley World Heritage is one of the most beautiful german cities. It is located at the confluence of the rivers Rhine an Mosel called "Deutsches Eck". More than 2000 years ago based, the Romans called it once „apud Confluentes“, what stands for "at the coalescencing".
The arch of history stretches from the Roman establishment to the modern times.
Celts, Franconias, Merowingian and many others left their traces here.
The rich culture, a fresh regional cuisine, the uncomplicated cordialness of the Rhine country and a
good wine of the Mosel wine slope make the singular flair of this city.

A walk by the pittoresken lanes of the old-town with the important Basilica "St.Kastor“ from that 9th Century, "St.Florin" and "Liebfrauen" Churches from that 12th Century and the monument to the German Emperor "Kaiser Wilhelm" which caps the location "Deutsches Eck" is an alive history lesson of a special kind.
From the location "Deutsches Eck" one have a nice view to the Ehrenbreitstein Fortress hight above the former baroque residence quarter. It is undisputed one of the most impressive buildings on the Middle Rhine.
Who goes on discovery route in Koblenz will find also the wonderful public parks and gardens of the city.
Particularly worth mentioning are the parks and gardens of the
Elector's Palace which arrange a
mediterranean flair in summertime.
In addition, the flower yard, not far away from the "Deutsches Eck" will invite to stay and relax.
